With over a decade of experience at ARCO/Murray, Lauren oversees operational consistency and drives design-build strategy of the tenant solutions business across Texas and nationally.
Starting as the first female Project Manager at ARCO/Murray, she was promoted to Director of Accounts before stepping into her current leadership role.
Lauren has been recognized as an ENR Top 20 Under 40, ENR 2025 Top Young Professional, 2024 Dallas Business Journal Women in Business honoree, and a graduate of TREC’s Associate Leadership Council (ALC) Class of 2022
