About Amber:
Amber has been the Chief Human Resources Officer for Nation's Best Holdings, LLC since October 2020. In this role, she has contributed significantly to the company's HR initiatives, supporting organizational growth and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Before joining Nation's Best, Amber led Talent Development for Essilor of America, part of Essilor Group, the world’s leading ophthalmic optics company. At Essilor, she focused on enhancing talent strategies and organizational capabilities.
Amber's career also includes a role as Global Training and Development Leader at Halliburton, where she oversaw global training programs. She has held various consulting, HR, and organizational development roles in sectors such as education, commercial real estate, private equity, and the Department of Defense.
Amber holds a Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Emporia State University and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Kansas State University.
Amber resides in the Dallas, Texas area with her husband and three children. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and cheering on her daughter's competitive cheer team.
