Cindy Cipriani is the co-owner of Cipriani Remodeling Solutions in Mt. Laurel, NJ. They are the largest Design-Build company in South Jersey and have been in business for 45 years.

She owned her own home decorating and repair business prior to joining the company as a kitchen designer over twenty years ago. She also has a background in HVAC and is a certified ductwork designer. She rose within the company to become the VP of Sales. She now serves as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors.

Cindy has won many awards over the years for her designs of kitchens, bathrooms, and additions. These designs combine great attention to detail while making the renovation process fun for her clients. She was voted “Designer Salesperson of the Year” by The Builder’s League of South Jersey four years in a row.

Jay and Cindy are the parents of three sons and have a golden doodle named Lexi. Cindy is also an award-winning author of the Amazon best-selling book, “The 5C Solution: Discover Clarity and Confidence in Times of Change” and is a certified grief recovery specialist. She is a speaker and trainer on personal, business, and sales topics and will receive her Psychology degree this May.
