Lysa Solano holds the position of Senior Construction Manager at CIRE Equity, having joined the company in early 2024. With an extensive background in commercial retail construction, Lysa brings valuable experience to her role. Prior to her tenure at CIRE Equity, she spent over six years at Brixmor Property Group, progressing from Tenant Coordinator to Construction Project Manager.

In her current role as Senior Construction Manager, Lysa excels in various aspects of project management, including ground-up development, entitlements, project planning, cost management, time management, quality management, and contract administration.
