Today, she stands as the Midwest Contracts and Compliance Manager, bringing over thirty years of invaluable experience to her role. As a seasoned construction industry manager, Amy plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of Superior Construction's projects.
Her responsibilities include the meticulous review, negotiation, and management of contracts, coupled with a steadfast commitment to compliance with both day-to-day administration and federal and state regulations. Born and raised in Northwest Indiana, Amy carries a deep connection to the region. Alongside her husband, she takes pride in being the parent of two accomplished daughters.
Amy is not only an integral part of Superior Construction but also an enthusiastic member of the Women in Construction program. In this role, she actively contributes to cultivating an inclusive culture that resonates with Superior's mission, vision, and values. Amy's academic journey reflects her commitment to continuous growth.
A graduate of Purdue University Global with a bachelor's degree in business administration, she is on the verge of completing her MBA in February 2024.
