Episode 08: Interview with Michelle Russ

Michelle has been in the construction and roofing industry for over 17 years. She started her career wearing multiple hats while helping run a locally owned construction company in Greenville South Carolina. Michelle also grew up working with and training horses. While training, she sustained an injury that left her immobile and on her back for some time. That time allowed her to focus on herself, her dreams, and she came to the realization that her true passion was helping people. Following her passion and wanting to accomplish her goals, Michelle started The Roofing company in 2018.
