About Jeanine:

A little about me… I’ve spent the last twenty years growing into my childhood dream job. I started as a marketing coordinator for a construction supply company based in California in 2002. They were struggling with sales, profitability, and culture. We brought in a new CEO who understood that you can transform a company by focusing on culture and marketing, and I was part of a huge transformation.

I watched people go from walking down the halls with their heads hanging low to seeing an immense amount of pride with heads held high. Sales and profitability rose. This transformation inspired my career. Since then, I’ve led the culture-building brand experience for BMC, then BMC/Stock, and now BFS (BMC/Stock/Probuild). It all starts with defining how you are going to win (mission), how you want to impact or make a difference in your space (vision), and the behaviors you will need to get you there (values).

Then, it's about discovering what makes your company special and different. From there, a brand can be born-- or more realistically, uncovered! We have the best people on earth in our industry and once you help them see how special they are, they shine even brighter. If you work hard with a love-based attitude and have the drive to win, you can build your dreams here. The sky is the limit. I love the building industry and look forward to our conversation.
