In this episode:
Christi and Angela speak with Sabastien de Ghellinck, co-founder and owner of SkillSignal, the all-in-1 safety and compliance platform made for construction. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 53.3 construction workers out of every 100,000 fall to suicide each year. A stark difference from the overall suicide rate of 12.93 people per 100,000 in the United States. With good mental health becoming more important than ever to talk about - especially in the construction and trades industries - Sabastien started SkillSignal as well as the 'Construction Wellbeing Initiative' so that companies have a better way to create a culture of care, understanding, and resilience on every job site.
