The shortage of women in leadership, especially in the construction industry, has led Rory to establish a brand that offers an innovative solution to the traditional way of building. Every structure is built to code, made to last, beautiful to live in, and double as a practice in conservation.
With a background in social administration and management consulting and a family filled with architects, designers, and builders it was a perfect balance to form a company that added sustainability as the building block to everything built. When not working, Rory can be seen with her husband of 27 years and two children enjoying adventure after adventure.
