Deborah serves on the National Board of Women Construction Owners & Executives (WCOE) and is the former President of the Women Builders Council, Inc. (WBC, New York) and today serves on its Executive Board. WCOE and WBC are both leading associations representing women in the construction industry focused on mentorship, legislative advocacy and business development with a special focus on leadership skills for women. She is on the Board of the Reginal Alliance for Small contractors, one of the oldest organizations dedicated to diversity in the construction industry. Ms Bradley currently serves on the NYC Department of Design & Construction (DDC) Diversity Board, the NYC School construction Authority (SCA) Diversity Board and on the NYC Office of the Mayor’s MWBE Advisory Board. She is also currently a mentor in the NYC Small Business Services Mentor program.
