About Deborah:
Deborah Bradley, Founder and CEO of Deborah Bradley Construction & Management Services, Inc. (DBC) also dba DBC Electrical Contracting. Her company is a full-service General Contractor, Electrical Contractor and Construction Management Consultant, specializing in site and civil contracting, electrical power and communications and building interiors. Her company performs work primarily in the public sector as well as institutional and educational facilities in New York State and the Tri-state area. Today, DBC celebrates 30 years in business and continues to be a 100% woman-owned and operated business enterprise.
Deborah serves on the National Board of Women Construction Owners & Executives (WCOE) and is the former President of the Women Builders Council, Inc. (WBC, New York) and today serves on its Executive Board. WCOE and WBC are both leading associations representing women in the construction industry focused on mentorship, legislative advocacy and business development with a special focus on leadership skills for women. She is on the Board of the Reginal Alliance for Small contractors, one of the oldest organizations dedicated to diversity in the construction industry. Ms Bradley currently serves on the NYC Department of Design & Construction (DDC) Diversity Board, the NYC School construction Authority (SCA) Diversity Board and on the NYC Office of the Mayor’s MWBE Advisory Board. She is also currently a mentor in the NYC Small Business Services Mentor program. As a 100% woman-owned construction business owner and mother of three, Deborah is committed to teaching and mentoring young women entering the construction industry as well as helping other small M/WBE firms grow and prosper.
