About Hayden:

When I was in high school I didn't know what I wanted to do during college, until right when I was applying to colleges I found out about construction management as a career track. I went to school for construction management, but found when I was interning at construction companies what I was really passionate about was improving the way things in the industry were done.

I started to apply to construction tech companies, and Billd got back to me, and the rest is history, I found a love for marketing (in the construction industry), and have been doing that ever since. In addition to working at Billd I'm passionate about helping more people learn about and join the construction industry, and have had the opportunity to consult and do freelance work with Laying Foundations, and Crew Collaborative - two organizations dedicated to exposing more people to the construction industry.
