Christi and Angela collaborated with Jennifer Wilkerson from NCCER. This was our first crossover podcast (hosts from each podcast were given the opportunity to ask questions). There were a lot of great topics in this one including how important it is to teach our young people about skilled trades as well as various ways to relate that information. About Jennifer:
Jennifer is Vice President of Innovation and Advancements. Her background includes teaching high school English for 13 years and serving as the acting business manager for six years at the welding and fabrication company she and her husband founded and still own.
In her current role at NCCER, Jennifer oversees the innovation process within the organization and identifies and implements strategies, opportunities and technologies that support the mission of NCCER.
