Porschia Tolbert (she/her/hers) manages the Community & Citizenship Program for Turner Construction’s San Antonio and Austin business units. She has over eight years of knowledge and experience in the construction industry and holds a degree in Construction Engineering Technology from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University. Early in her career, she worked on multiple projects in Ohio and Texas as a Superintendent, Engineer, Cost Analyst, and Estimator. Currently, she specializes in community and industry engagement and focuses on connecting high-potential, diverse and minority contractors to opportunities to grow and develop their companies through mentorship, collaborations, and networking opportunities. In her free time, she enjoys creating artwork and engaging with youth in the community.
