Alongside his cousin and business partner, Chris Turner, Rob leads the company’s growth, operations, and strategic direction while carrying forward the values that have guided the business for more than 45 years.
In addition to his leadership at Turner Brothers and Woodland, Rob serves on the Board of Directors of the Tilt-Up Concrete Association. His background in commercial real estate finance and development, combined with his construction experience, provides a broad perspective that helps shape company strategy, support growth, and deliver value for clients.

Cheryl Cappelli brings nearly three decades of experience in concrete construction to her role as Greenville Business Lead for Turner Brothers Concrete. A multi-talented leader in business development, project management, concrete construction, and marketing, she has built a national reputation for strategic planning and brand growth among general contractors, developers, and end-users.
As a woman who has excelled in a historically male-dominated industry, Cheryl brings resilience, expertise, and a standard-setting approach to her work. Outside the office, she treasures time with family, the outdoors, travel, and grilling/cooking, and spending time with friends.
