About Amanda:
Amanda Jane learned how to build and teach building while working on the construction team at Habitat for Humanity for 14 years. An interest in natural building and healthy and sustainable building products lead her to search out natural building, high performance building methods, and alternative materials and techniques.
She started her own design and build business in North Carolina while also teaming up with a nonprofit in Utah that builds affordable strawbale homes. Amanda is currently building the first strawbale house to be built in Greensboro, NC.
