About Donda:
Donda Bishop joined AFL in 1995 after graduating Cum Laude from Clemson University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Throughout her career at AFL, she has held various roles including Process Engineer in the cable factory, Applications Engineer, Product Manager, Commercial Manager, General Manager, and as of April 1, 2025, Vice President of AFL’s Energy Division.
Donda completed her Master’s in Business Administration in 2022 from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. Outside of work, Donda enjoys doing life with her husband, Chris, and their four-legged critters while staying active doing CrossFit and vacationing with friends and family.
