About Melody:

With over 34 years of experience in the construction industry, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver excellence and innovation in every project. I am currently the Director of Sales and Business Development for 84 Lumber. I decided to take my skills, relationships, and trust in the building community to another side of the business. I am also an Ambassador She Built Foundation, a Board Member of HBAR, and Chair of the Membership Committee of HBAR.

As the director of sales and business development, I oversee the sales team and work with Builders in the Richmond market. I also leverage my skills in purchasing and management to optimize costs, streamline processes, and enhance efficiency.
