With a passion for the industry and a decade of experience, Alicia co-founded Brex Enterprises with her husband, and together they have transformed it into a thriving enterprise.
Under Alicia's leadership, Brex Enterprises has experienced remarkable growth, expanding its team to 50 skilled and dedicated employees. Beyond business success, Alicia is committed to making a positive impact on both her employees and the communities they serve. The company actively supports its workforce and invests in community initiatives, embodying a spirit of giving back. In addition to Brex Enterprises, Alicia is the owner of Bear Supply LLC, a DBE-certified construction material supplier.
She is also currently on the board of two nonprofits, Women’s Energy Network and Crew Collaborative. With a desire to share her expertise and help other entrepreneurs achieve their goals, Alicia has started consulting with her husband AJ, to other contractors to help create more profitable businesses.
Through this endeavor they provide guidance and support to fellow business owners, assisting them in reaching their full potential. Outside of her professional endeavors, Alicia's life is enriched by her role as a parent to five children and her love for her hobby farm. Her dedication to family and community mirrors her approach to business, fostering an environment of growth, care, and support.
