About Brittany:
Brittany has been working in construction for 5 years. She is currently an assistant superintendent at R.C. Mathews Contractor in Nashville, Tennessee. She is also a member of the National Association of Women in Construction Nashville chapter, where she holds two chair positions leading committees.
Brittany is an ambassador with Crew Collaborative, an organization dedicated to empowering construction’s next generation. She is passionate about showing more women and young people the opportunities available in the industry because of her path into construction.
Before finding a career that she was passionate about, Brittany got a college degree, $60,000 in student loan debt, and various jobs across six different industries.
