About Tori:
Tori Niemann currently works in Clemson Athletics as the Assistant Athletic Director of Student-Athlete Development.
Niemann will oversee all aspects of student-athlete development initiatives for all Clemson student-athletes including the POWER Women’s Leadership Academy, Tiger Leadership Academy, career development programming, the UPIC Beyond the Game internship program, community service, and more.
She co-founded the POWER Women’s Leadership Academy in 2021. POWER focuses on ownership and self-leadership of Clemson female student-athletes through eight on-campus sessions, a five-day professional development trip, and a women’s leadership summit hosted on campus.
Niemann is a former Division I basketball player with professional stops in athletics at Western Illinois and the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill in addition to Clemson University. She also travels nationally facilitating for the Institute of Sport and Social Justice through the Huddle Up program.
